And depending on how much you need to photocopy, it is always an important thing to consider that having more than one photocopier would be a good investment.

After all, offices use photocopiers all the time. Employees would definitely be having a little amount of trouble having to reproduce certain files for their work tasks and for whatever their bosses tell them to do if all they can work with would be just one photocopying machine.
